February 29th Cheese Board Arranging Workshop with Kimi Ceridon of Life.Love.Cheese

We celebrated a delightful evening of creativity and indulgence at our Leap Year Cheese Board Arranging Workshop! This in-person even ton Thursday, February 29, 2024 . at the Golden Ball Tavern Museum Visitors Center.

During this hands-on workshop, guests learned the art of pairing flavors and textures, creating enticing cheese boards and also sampled four artisinal American cheeses alongside local artisanal chocolates.

We look forward to welcoming Kimi Ceridon back to the museum for another interesting and fun event.

About your cheese instructor

Kimi Ceridon, the founder of Life. Love. Cheese., received her MSME from MIT in 2001. She spent over a decade in tech before saying "Goodbye" to the cubicle and going to culinary school. She has a MLA in Gastronomy and an Artisan Cheese Certificate from BU. She's also trained in cheesemaking at Sterling College alongside Jasper Hill and is now an artisan cheese instructor at BU. Her company, Life. Love. Cheese. focuses on highlighting American cheese makers and artisans with a special emphasis on the Northeast.
